The safety of our guests, workers and collaborators is a priority for Maype Canteras. The reopening of our complex has been accompanied by the implementation of meticulous hygiene and health protocols for the prevention of the COVID-19 virus.

The measures put in place have the support of the prevention company Preving, which has been in charge of verifying that the recommendations of the health institutions in our establishment are complied with.

Each guest must be informed about the different prior procedures that are necessary to be able to travel to the Canary Islands and the regulations that regulate the return to their country of origin, since different or additional conditions may be required to those provided for access to tourist accommodation .

Tourist users older than 12 years and 3 months must meet one of the following requirements:

· Diagnostic test for active infection by COVID-19 with a negative result carried out 48 hours in advance. (PCR, TMA or antigens, not admitting self-diagnosis tests).

People who have the official document proving they have received the complete vaccination schedule from 14 days after the date of vaccination.

· People who prove by means of an official medical certificate or public document, that they have had the disease between the previous 11 and 180 days (6 months). The document must state the date on which the disease occurred.
